Created in 1876, the Louis Roederer house brings together the Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims, the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs.
Golden color with shimmering reflections. The effervescence is dynamic, almost noisy in its dynamism! The bouquet is rich and complex, revealing aromas of tangy and candied fruit (lemon), zesty notes, where white flowers, toasted hazelnut and Madagascar vanilla mingle. Allowed to breathe, the bouquet is enriched with sweet notes of pastries and smoke from aging in the bottle. The palate is tasty, both concentrated and chalky. The incredible tension and aromatic precision is perfectly chiselled. The attack is powerful, racy and concentrated, revealing this silky and enveloping texture.
