Fermentation of around 3 weeks 16 to 18 months in French oak barrels The blend of Grand-Puy-Lacoste 2017 is once again a ample room for Cabernet Sauvignon (80%) demonstrating, if necessary, the potential of its terroir to express all the characters and charm great cabernets. This wine has a beautiful red color brilliant and deep ruby. The bouquet reveals aromas of fruit ripe reds, violets and spices. The set is complete with a nice mineral freshness. In the mouth, the attack is precise, straight and lingers on ripe and melted tannins. The whole offers a a very well-balanced wine combining charm, elegance and freshness, with a long, very pure and very aromatic finish.
