The Mouty family acquired in 2011 this 21 hectare estate established on clay-limestone soils. The first vintage of the new owners bodes well for the future.
Château Tour de Miot reveals a harmonious nose with aromas of ripe fruit and vanilla, brought by twelve months of barrel aging. On the palate, this balance between fruity and woody offers a silky, velvety, soft and long finish.
